- What is Button Button?

Button Button is a very small business offering custom and specialized buttons and other accessories.

If there's a particular button size or accessory you'd like to see, please use the contact form!

- When you say "very small business"... how small?

Button Button is one person :)

While this may be a turnoff to some, by purchasing from Button Button you are supporting a small business, which utilizes all American-made parts and machinery. You are also helping to support an autistic disabled enby! THANK YOU!

Please note that some proceeds from sales go toward supporting Autistic Women & Nonbinary Network, various Autism/Neurodiversity lending libraries, and promoting autistic acceptance/information.

- When are Button Button's "business days"?

Monday-Friday. Saturday & Sunday are not counted, although orders may be processed on these days depending on the current amount of orders awaiting processing.

- Which payment methods does Button Button accept?

Payments can be processed by Stripe or PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment processors available online. They both offer top of the line security and fraud protection. Through them, you can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. 

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order being processed until payment clears.

- Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, international orders are temporarily being taken. If delays prove to be too extensive, international ordering may be paused again. This will be evaluated on a daily basis. 

Please note that the shipping price charged, f
or items shipping outside the US & Canada, will cover shipping to MOST countries. If there is a large discrepancy in the price you've been charged and the actual cost for shipping, you will be contacted via email.

If there is a specific item unavailable for shipping to your country and you'd like a quote for actual shipping cost, please use the website's contact form and list the specific items you'd like to purchase (and quantities) and you will be emailed a shipping quote within 3 business days.

- How will I know if my order was received?

If ordering custom buttons, you will receive an email from Button Button (via BigCartel) confirming your order has been placed. Within 24 hours, you will be emailed directly 1. to request your artwork 2. with an artwork proof 3. when your order begins the production process and 4. when buttons have been shipped (your tracking number will be included, if a domestic shipment). 

If ordering non-custom buttons, you should receive an email from Button Button (via BigCartel), notifying you that your order has been received. 

These are automated emails. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Button Button and provide either your order number or the name & email address used to place the order.

- What is Button Button’s return and exchange policy? Can I cancel my order?

If you are ordering non-custom items, please make sure you CHECK YOUR CART before ordering. If you absolutely need to cancel your order, contact Button Button within an hour of placing your order. Your order may be eligible to be canceled and refunded, minus a 10% processing fee. If you have already received your shipping notification email, you cannot cancel your order, as it has already shipped.

There are absolutely no returns or exchanges for customized items. 

If you are ordering custom items, due to the unique nature of the products, there are no cancelations once an initial artwork proof has been sent to you. If you choose to cancel before you receive an artwork proof for customized items, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Expedited orders - custom or otherwise - cannot be canceled under any circumstances, once placed, as processing begins almost immediately.

- Can I change the quantity or add to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the quantity and contents of the order cannot be changed. If you need to change an item or quantity, please immediately email us to cancel your order and place another order with the correct items/quantities. If you place a new order within an hour of submitting a cancelation request, the 10% cancelation processing fee will be waived.

- How long will it take to receive my order?

- I need my buttons by a specific date, can Button Button guarantee that?

- How will I know if my order has shipped?

You should receive an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped. Within 24 hours of receiving that email, you should be able to track your order via the link provided in the email. 

- Can I re-order custom buttons from you?

Absolutely!! We keep all artwork on file, so add the quantity of custom buttons you would like to your cart and make sure to include your previous artwork file code (you will receive this with your artwork proof and subsequent emails) with your order submission (use the "special instructions" box during checkout). Your order will begin processing within one business day, unless otherwise specified, if nothing needs to be changed.

- Can I get a licensed character or artwork which does not belong to me on my buttons?

Button Button respects copyright laws and adheres to copyright policies. Button Button does the best to not fulfill orders attempting to reproduce a recognized copyright character/logo. Unfortunately, Button Button cannot recognize every owned artwork in existence. By submitting artwork, you agree to adhere to all trademark, copyright, patent, or related laws and it is your responsibility to secure all rights and permissions potentially required to utilize any non-original artwork. The customer assumes FULL liability for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of laws on any requested design/copy/artwork/etc.

- How do I submit my own artwork to you?

You can use Button Button's template (which we will email to you upon receiving your order) to create a button to your own liking OR you can send your artwork to have it fit to templates specifications OR Button Button can custom design one for you with all new artwork, logos, fonts, etc.

- How many #IllGoWithYou buttons are out in the world? 

Lots and lots and lots... over 600,000 as of April 2020!
